The Christmas goose was nothing short of spectacular. Delivered on Christmas Eve, beautifully presented with the added bonus of the offal and extra fat vac-packed for freshness. The goose roasted perfectly and its meat was so tender, delicious and soft, it was like cutting through butter. Skin crisped beautifully and there was plenty of gorgeous fat too. Can't recommend highly enough.
