Tomahawk steak: Exquisite! If you're going to splash out, then this is worth every penny. Excellent reliable delivery service, very well packaged (very cool on arrival, even on a boiling hot day). The steak itself shows the care that has gone into every stage of its production. Cooked properly by my son, it was perfect. Instructions are easy to follow if someone is not familiar with how to go about cooking it. Feeds two greedy humans easily. We cut the "handle" bone off to fit steak in the pan; bone was devoured raw by a delighted Labrador. Highly recommend. Bearnaise sauce can be fiddly to make- easy to get in supermarket, great match with a Tomahawk.
