Excellent customer service. I bought the cards and dice leatherette case set as a 21st present. The set itself looks lovely and well made but I originally asked for the silver engraved plate on it and when this arrived I thought it looked a little cheap compared with the case itself. A quick call and a new engraved set (bronze finish with bevelled edge, which looked much better) was dispatched without problem.
