I ordered a laptop from Dell 1 week ago, it was a 1 day shipment. It reached the Houston location 3 days ago and I still haven't received it. When I called the customer service they said they have no idea when I will receive the package. The worst customer service ever!!! Please don't get anything shipped with them. They say they are short staffed but I see their trucks in my neighborhood everyday.
