We had my daughter’s ears pierced today as part of her birthday present. She has been waiting for about 5 years to do it because when she first tried when she was younger she was too scared. The staff were amazing. They were patient and kind explaining everything and making sure my daughter was okay. They gave her a lovely certificate after and my daughter left the shop very happy.
