Very good customer service in store, even during the pandemic. Service was very quick and they even allowed me to try on my jewellery before I bought. Though it was slightly too small, I bought it and have DIY’d it to have an adjuster until I can get it professionally done! Overall love the item and I think it looks stunning on, especially for the summer.
