We experienced a problem with a night light that we'd bought for our daughter. I have to admit that I did feel a bit hopeless when I contacted the customer service department as I just assumed that they'd tell me there was nothing they could do and just move me swiftly along. I was so wrong, I spoke to a lovely guy called Cameron who spoke to me like a real person and bent over backwards to sort our problem. Honestly he could not have done more, I was kept well informed, sent a replacement and received a follow up email to make sure everything was okay.
