I would like to leave a review for both the service and sales side of N&SA Fisher Ltd. Firstly the sales department . My 3yr contract with Ford Credit was due to expire in July this year because of the delay in new cars I ordered a new one in February for approx delivery in July This did not happen .However I was able to keep the car and continue my payments until my car arrived . It came in October and through no fault of Fishers it was not the colour that I ordered and no alloy wheels I decided to have the car and Tony Fisher reviewed the figures for me and I was given a better deal which would save me money in the long term from then on the sales team were excellent in getting my car ready for handover and after all the frustrations of the last 8 months I have my car Thankyou and well done the sales team. Regarding the service side of the business I find them well organised and professional in their approach to handling customers . Myself and wife have had many new cars from Fishers and always have been looked after .Part of the package with new cars is road side assistance .Until this year I have never have had to use them .However I have had to use their services twice this year .In June after leaving the car in a hotel car park for nearly 3 weeks We returned to find the electrics totally dead could not even get into the car being keyless entry .I was in London I rang Fishers with the phone number off the rear window sticker and they gave me the phone number straight away The A.A man turned up in 1hr and was able to get into the car and get it started and stated that the battery was totally flat . We got home and next day took it into Fishers They were a bit wary at first about the fault but kept the car over night and next day I collected it with a new battery fitted under warranty . Would you believe it last week just after organising the delivery of my new car It broke down again near home with loss of gears .Called the AA again came within the hour and escorted me to Fishers reporting a broken gearbox cable It was throwing it down and the AA drove me home .I was able to collect a courtesy car the following day until my car was ready When it was ready when I collected it I will only say that they did me a very good cost of repair considering that it was out of warranty . Sorry for being long winded but I wanted to show how good Fishers are and depending what Ford Motors have planned for the future I will continue to use them Thankyou all once again at N&SA Fishers
