After a small mishap with first bouquet a replacement organised by customer service rectified the issue in record breaking time! High quality service and customer care! Many thanks to Stephanie who handled the situation efficiently and sympathetically. Beautiful blooms in a range of colours (freesias), gloriously scented. Thank you all so much for being so caring. Keep up this excellent quality of service. I would recommend to anybody.
