Problem was rectified and we were in business. All responses were prompt and friendly, shipment was made quickly. Feel good story widely distributed in UK. Incidentally I am 79 and my sister is 84. I am handy with tools but was finding using ordinary nail cutters problematic. I stumbled onto Tweezerman nail cutters in Canada and found them to be much easier to use - hence the gift.
