Had a sofa delivered with defects. They kindly sent out another sofa and that came a week later the delivery driver didn’t even take it off the van because it was worse than the first one. Honestly so frustrating and when ever I call the office I just have unhelpful staff from the warehouse who get defensive and are not helpful just saying the man who deals with it is not in and the person I’m speaking to on instagram just works from home. Just want the sofa with no defects how hard can that be.
