Returned my watches (due to not arriving in time) on the 20th August. Received and signed for by Fourfit. Since then no acknowledgement of return, no replies to email or personal Facebook inbox messages.
2.5 months later - no watches and no refunds. Awful post sales customer service although no problem communicating prior to sale!
