I found put about the company via a Facebook group. They always have a nice selection of plants, with varying prices and often a freebie.
The plants arrive well packed in recyclable cardboard, with some information on what to donwith the new plants and plant passports.
In general the plants arrive perfect, but I have had the odd issue with over watering and thus the plants perishes. Thankfully the company has great customer service and will always want to hear about any issues you have had. They have always offered me a full refund or a voucher.
