I took delivery today after an awful lot of organising on my behalf. I haven't had a chance to use the thing obviously yet as it is not set up but my take is good product, extremely poor company to deal with the such a high value item. With the exception of the young lad, Miles, who took the actual order the service I have received from the other person has been dreadful with emails not answered promptly, delivery instructions sent by email with no code causing me to have to phone the company direct and track down who and how it was being delivered.Lastly, all this email stuff is okay up to a point but when you are my age it is a nightmare and would have expected paper options. At this moment in time, I am not a happy customer.
