WAITED IN ALL DAY. Rang through at 4.00pm to see if we were still getting a delivery. Receptionist eventually found that the driver had returned to the depot and we would not receive delivery until the following day. We had waited in all day instead of visiting an elderly sick relative. POOR COMMUNICATION. Used you many times but will now re-consider in future.
It made me feel like cancelling, but you have the upper hand with having the credit card paym,ent details in advance.
