When the Dryer was unpacked by the delivery Crew it was found to be dented . On the positive side another machine was delivered 3 days later. We were advised beforehand when we were recontacted by phone that the replacement machine would be checked before it was loaded onto the van to assure that it too wasn'tdamaged. This did not happen as the machine packing was untouched . However I am quite happy to give 5 stars since both delivery crews were great on all levels.
