this is a really great website. It's very easy to use and the recipes are brilliant love using the diary to track my food.. It makes shopping really easy and stops me buying "treats". The coaches are the best though . They are always available with good and positive advice and are friendly and not a bit pompous!!I Medical and health advice is always available too. I personally don't use the exercise section because I use other things including tai chi but I have used them in the past and they are also sound so thank you GetSlim love you dearly
