I am really impressed and happy with Rosemary Conley Online. Not only are all the diets straightforward and easy to follow but the overall online site has many other areas to access including recipes, exercise, shop and coffee shop where you can read messages or leave a message and other members will reply, with a weekly weigh in to log your progress and see how you are doing all at the touch of a button and I have only scratched the surface of the site yet having only recently joined. Having a coach to email is brilliant, so if you choose not to attend a slimming class for any reason there is someone to help and encourage you and plenty of information available all at the touch of a button!
