Angus (SE Kent) cleared my gutters last Saturday 02/03/24 to my satisfaction and showed me before and after video and pics, unfortunately the clearance of a blockage in the downpipe swan neck joint wasn't successful as i found out today 05/03/24 during a downpour, contacted Angus who replied promptly and assured me he would return on Monday 11/03/24 to attend to the matter, so hopefully all will be well, Malcolm
