Visited Willerby Road store. Mike kindly helped us with the 5 purchases needed for our kitchen refurb. Also did us a good discount. When they arrived however it was discovered that I had ordered the built in oven instead of the built under.(I didn't know there was a difference) When I told Mike he said don't worry I'll sort it and once new one was sourced he sent it out to us and took the other one back. So grateful and will not hesitate to visit again. Thank you so much.
