I purchased a pair of running poles, the fixed length carbon pro for a race I’m doing in the Peak District. They were out of stock however available to pre order with an expected delivery date. True to the date they were in. Great communication, polite and a quick response. Everything was spot on. Fantastic company and the 2nd time I’ve used them.
