I had never used this company before but I was honestly stunned when my friend showed me the sympathy bouquet of flowers I had sent on hearing that her husband had passed. In previous times, using other florist companies, I have been a bit disappointed that the bouquets I had chosen from websites did not reflect accurately what was delivered. I can honestly say Haute Florist exceeded all expectations and I would not hesitate to use this company again. The customer service was also excellent, with regular updates regarding my order and confirmation of delivery.
