I have used this company for a couple of years. My recent order included an item that was short on the original quantity I had purchased. This order was received on Friday afternoon by which time customer services had closed. I emailed to ask for a refund. After some discussion with Customer services the following week they agreed a full refund of the item. The error seemingly lay with a new trainee who had read the quantity required incorrectly. At the end of the day the company did put things right.
