Audiologist was very experianced and knowledgeable.
The resultant demonstration hearing aid was a revelation, and frankly it was quite emotional to be able to hear clearly after so many years.
The final hearing aid was every bit as good (cros set-up due to total deafness in one ear) and I am sure will effect my life in a very positive way
