From my very first interaction with Helen, I was struck by how professional, sincere and understanding she was. I had numerous questions about EMDR which she answered fully and provided me with enough information so that I felt comfortable with how we would work together from the outset. Over the course of our sessions together, Helen has made a significant difference to my outlook and has helped me to identify the root cause of the issues that were troubling me and process them. I genuinely looked forward to my sessions with Helen and her reassuring manner allowed me to feel free to express myself without judgement.
