I have ordered from Hetty's herb's back in the late Spring or early summer. Their website was well laid out and easy for me to use. Once I'd placed my order I was fully informed of when the order would be dispatched & arrive with me. Their use of newspaper & wheat straw for packaging is also very good because it can all be either recycled or composted. So they are making changes to keep the plant's and environment as safe as possible for transit. I am happy to recommend them to everyone, I actually used the straw for the wildlife in my garden, I'm sure that the field mice, birds & hedgehog's all appreciated it so paw's & beak's up from them as well.
