Lewis, and staff , and his dad, went above and beyond with my purchase,
I had ordered a personalised pendant , with a picture of my mum and dad on, it was for my birthday, and because of strikes I wasn’t guaranteed to get it, so Lewis and his dad drove to Glasgow to pick it up and deliver it to my door, I can not say how grateful I was, there were other customers too, who they did the same for, fantastic customer service, as always, been a customer with them for many years, and will be for many more.. THANK YOU 😊
