First time ordering from Hobbycraft, placed an order for £75+£6.50 delivery.
Tracking number was sent the following day but that was 4 days ago.
Used web site contact form and was told delivery would be today but today myhermes tracking says they're 'expecting it'.
No idea from here.
I may use in store but won't be using them ever again for delivery.
