We were negotiating with an unexpected buyer, and needed an appraisal done within one day. None of the other appraisers in town could do it, but these folks were willing to get the job done immediately (for a reasonable fee). The appraisal report was extremely thorough and well-documented, and I agree with the result. I would definitely use them again.
