I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received my parcel. The tracking link does not provide any update (it has been almost four weeks since it says that: your parcel has been delayed), and it is impossible for me to contact the delivery provider (Evri). After sending many emails or chatting live, I still have no response or idea where the parcel is. Being tired of this situation, I asked to cancel my order and get a refund two weeks ago, but I still have had no response, refund or parcel. I have never seen such careless business behaviour and terrible customer service.
