I organised the 2 day APM Project Fundamentals Qualifications (PFQ) for various members of our workforce and I found the entire process from my initial conversation with Jean-Paul, to the customer support provided my Donna to be exceptional. The pre-course materials were sent well in advance, the communication was excellent throughout, and I found this provider to not only be responsive but also very supportive. The 2 day training at our chosen venue went very smoothly, the tutor Peter was extremely knowledgable and engaging.
