Steve was very helpful during the booking process particularly as we postponed the holiday twice due to covid. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We even got a text when we arrived to check everything was in order. Steve was knowledgeable about the site that we stayed at. I was particularly impressed that after an early morning flight that we could check in early and everything was ready for us. We had a fabulous holiday and I will definitely use Firefly again.
