As usual, they are efficient and the waiting time when you arrive is acceptable. The only downside is that when you get picked up in the paying carpark, which is usually busy, the minibus doesn't have any ditinguishing sign on it making it difficult to identify. The staff are always polite and helpful. Would recommend using them as we have over a number of years.
