TERRIBLE. I ordered something off Vinted back in November, still isn't hear.
Vinted got in touch with InPost and identified the issue and that the package wasn't lost, just misplaced.
But im yet to receive the package or any new updates about its whereabouts. Poor vinted emailing me every week to tell me they have no updates.
Can't have it refunded unless InPost admit its lost so now I'm stuck in this limbo where I don't have the jacket I ordered OR the money I paid for it.
