Having bought a fabulous designer floor lamp, I was initially disappointed by the late delivery caused by their supplier's Christmas schedule, but Inspyer was reassuring and professional in their response. Beyond that they were true to their reputation for quality and I could not be happier with their service and of course, my lamp.
