I went to order the gear only to be greeted by 'On back order' Was a bit put off but their price was more than 25% cheaper than the big online stockist so I thought I would buy and wait. I made a call to get some idea and was told mid November. Turns out every stockist was out of stock so no matter where I bought I'd have to wait. True to their word and bang on the date I was quoted the gear arrived. I'm so pleased and will make I4M my first stop when buying musical instruments from now on. Really really happy with the purchase and the service. Thanks to all the staff for an effortless transaction.
