My order, which included some custom changes was completed very quickly and I received the desktop ahead of my expectations. It was really good to switch on a new computer and find all the painful Windows downloads and drivers already installed and working without issues. In the package sent, there were all the various bits not used or removed during the installation. This is useful if you plan to upgrade things in the future. There was also a USB backup stick. Can't fault anything.
