Outstanding personal customer service. Wasn't sure about ordering brackets for my tv from this company at first but when I phoned, the man I spoke to was informative, helpful and spoke in a friendly personal manner. The tv brackets arrived the next day by FedEx which i was very impressed. Received regular notifications on the status of the delivery. The brackets are a perfect fit for my tv and were easy to assemble. It comes with more than enough screws, bolts, washers and spacers to accommodate different type of fittings. My only disappointment is that the tv can move side to side when sitting on the bracket. It does not fully lock in place. Other than that, I would definitely recommend using this company. They give great customer interaction, quality product and are trustworthy.
