Excellent throughout. They gave me detailed and very good advice before buying the most suitable bracket for a 77" TV. Once bought it arrived within 36 hrs and is perfect for my TV, no fuss in fixing it to a stud wall. First class throughout especially the advice as I didn't have a clue what bracket to go for. Highly recommended.
