I rang to check that the bracket I was going to buy did exactly as what I wanted it to do, which was swivel, tilt and rotate. It indeed was the bracket I required so I ordered online and it arrived the next day. My husband installed it and it is perfect for our situation. Very happy with the purchase and customer service, I would highly recommend
