I’ve recently started paying closer attention to my general nutrient intake, especially fibre. I love that a single Jamu can is a really quick way to top up prebiotic fibre, zinc and vitamin C. Huge plus that there’s zero sugar too. I would usually only drink water so it's nice to have something that feels like a sweet treat, yet is healthy, and a nutrient boost too. The raspberry (with elderberry and mallow) is currently my favourite, but feel like it could swing over to lemon or blood orange in the summer! Really love the brand's sustainability/nature ethos, and delivery is always fast.
