I love the meals and find them satisfying to the stomach. I've been drinking these for about 7 months now, sometimes more than once a day. The only downside for me is the inulin. My body still hasn't adjusted to it and I had to start taking digestive enzymes so that I didn't become bloated and gassy from it. It's 100% the plenny shakes/bars that cause this and very predictably makes me fart up a foul storm about 6-8 hours after eating one.
