I like the taste of the Plenny protein powder (the chocolate flavored one). I mostly add it to my oats in the morning to up the protein content of my breakfast, but I also have it after working out at the gym. I think it works either way. You can have a regular shake made with water and the powder or add it to a sweet breakfast. All in all, there's nothing I can complain about, and I can recommend it.
