I am leaving a five star review because of the overall nutritional value and lots of vitamins, since those are the things that matter the most If I had to leave a review on taste it would be a single star To me personally all shakes and meals taste utterly horrible They are tasteless and have a powdery texture I really dislike I really wanted to use plenny products daily because I am having severe troubles with keeping a balanced diet but the taste takes any joy away that food should or could bring They make you feel full for hours but to me personally it is not a nice feeling because it is a different kind of full; like a brick in my stomach Note that I am the Anton Ego of the family so maybe I am the problem Other family members would give 3/5 for the taste
