I am appalled, placed and order in good time for my husbands birthday, recieved an order confirmation and money was taken - then nothing... Until I sent two email (no reply) and had to call Justoffbase. They had "forgotten" to deal with my order. I requested an immediate refund with an email confirmation which arrived later the same day - we will never deal with this company again.
