Very disappointing.
Managed to get the postage back on return although not easily and then still awaiting on refund even though they received the package over a week ago.
Apparently they have a 3 week policy but when I asked if it could be earlier as I needed the money to order elsewhere I was told they have a lot of returns to deal with and even from people who have passed away!… very odd thing to say.
