It’s very close to a scam when you don’t send email or reminder for my subscription and the price increases. I ended up paying more than 1 year of fee when I don’t even need the service and unaware of the auto renewal.
A MONTH LATER .......
I have cancelled my subcriptions, received an email with cancellation confirmation then TO BE CHARGED £3.99 AGAIN THE NEXT MONTH!! WHY DO I HAVE TO SPEND MY TIME /MONEY TO SORT OUT THEIR MISTAKE? IT IS NOT EASY TO CANCEL YOUR SUCSCRIPTION, SO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGNED UP.
