Thought I'd cancelled my membership, but payment still being taken.
Tried to login but had to reset my password. When trying to access my account it logs me out. Tried to access it via the app but despite resetting the password it didn't recognise my account. Reset password again but still unable to access my account. Despite paying monthly I'm unable to access any of the offers.
Tried to call, but the number listed doesn't connect.
Next step is to contact my bank.
