Probably worst customer service I ever experienced. Waiting for my proteins over 2 weeks now as kinetica peeps can’t get the right address, no matter that there is one provided on my profile on website and we’ll as the customer service people(Billy) Billy resent my order with the correct adress be was given and package managed to bounce back to them. I had to call courier companies and try to fetch my package myself as kinetica does not provide tracking info and as per dpd the adress kinetica provided was a mashup of my home address and new address… we’ll do e guys… now i can wait again. Hooray. All along zero apology, zero empathy. Will never use again, will never recommend, but will make sure to spread my negative experiences for both times you failed to deliver.
