Brilliant customer service team. Started using Kinetica unflavoured protein a few months back and loved it. It's a good sweetner free protein option that can be mixed easily with cocoa powder and honey or Nestle shake powders if you don't mind a little sugar. I am lactose intolerant and have no problems with this particular powder. Usually takes a little while to arrive but it always does arrive without needing a follow up. Ordered some yesterday for someone who is very sick and in need of easy nourishment. I messaged Kinetica and asked if it was possibly to have my order fast tracked under the circumstance and they got back within the hour. It shipped first thing the next morning. Couldn't be happier to have found this company. Highly recommend them and their products.
